The Brief
Truckin, Jerky wanted to increase their online sales in the Beef Jerky industry as they already have a large presence in service stations and offline retailers.
The client knew that people already like the product, not only for its low-fat and health properties, but also for its large range of flavours and premium quality. However, they were unsure of how to extend beyond their existing channels to grow the business.
Frustrated with their lack of online sales, they decided that they wanted to partner with a digital agency who could assist them with creating a plan that would guide their eCommerce and email marketing aspirations.
The Solution
Liquidlabs was contracted to expand their online product offering, create a successful product marketing funnel, and increase Truckin' Jerky profit.
We started with a full marketing audit. We needed to analyse their existing customers, who they are, and what made them purchase.
Leveraging this audience data, we built out several rapid fire facebook ad campaigns, combined with email marketing and display remarketing. Using this successful mix of strategies, we were able to bring their CoAC (Cost to Acquire a Customer) down to only $17.
Having built up a substantial audience profile on Facebook for the client, we are now able to tap into this audience as desired and manage ad spend accordingly to generate a steady flow of customers.
